Permission To Love makes every effort to process your order within 48 hours. When you place an order from our shop, you can typically expect your items to ship within 3-5 business days. If you place multiple orders at the same time, our customer service staff will group them whenever possible.

Please note that due to the coronavirus crisis US shipping carriers can take up to 7 days to fully process and deliver your order. We will provide tracking the moment your order has shipped from Permission To Love and you will receive an email notification with your tracking number.

Shipping rates are listed in your customer checkout; we offer US Domestic Ground, Priority 3-4 Day Mail, and Overnight Express for orders processed and paid in the US. Orders shipping to Canada will be sent via Priority Mail Canada and can take 7-10 days to be processed by the carrier.

For health and safety reasons our products may not be returned. If you experience any issues please fill out the form and  include a photo.  Any approved credit for those customers who have opened and used their Permission To Love product(s) are not required to return their items for credit or exchange, simply provide details in the form and upload an image of the items you are requesting a refund or a store credit will be issued.

All authorized customers will receive a refund payment to their form of payment and processed within 7 days. Your bank may take 3-5 days to credit your account so please allow for the credit to appear on your account. PayPal refunds process and post within 24-48 hours.

If an item is missing from an order or damaged in transit, the issue must be submitted on this Returns || Exchange page within 72 hours of delivery to qualify for a replacement item. Customers are asked to upload a photo(s) and a description of the damages.
